List endpoints accept `page` and `per_page` query parameters. `per_page` is clamped to the endpoint maximum.

```text
GET /api/v1/email/verify/jobs?page=2&per_page=10
```

```json
{
  "data": [ ],
  "meta": {
    "total": 34,
    "page": 2,
    "per_page": 10,
    "total_pages": 4
  }
}
```

## Where it applies

- `GET /api/v1/email/verify/jobs` lists bulk jobs newest first, `page` and `per_page` (default 20).
- `GET /api/v1/catalog/search` takes `limit` (1 to 100, default 20) instead of pages; the catalog is small enough to read in one call.
- Account lists (`/user/keys`, `/admin/users`, `/admin/keys`, `/admin/invoices`) use `page` and `per_page`.

List endpoints are free; only the call that does work is charged.
